Launched in 2016 the latest model Lagoon 52 catamaran offers a new level of comfort and space to luxury sailing. Exclusively available with skipper and chef the yacht has 5 en-suite guest cabins, interior and exterior dining for up to 10 people, a fly-bridge ‘roof terrace’ and helm station amazing views of the sea. There is also a further sundeck up front with trampolines.
A fast, sleek catamaran the 52 foot Lagoon offers luxurious and spacious accommodation. All the cabins and the living areas have individually controlled air-conditioning. There is a large, light master cabin suite with king sized bed, en-suite with shower and separate toilet which is electric as well as a writing desk. Three other double cabins also have king-sized beds (American queen-sized) with en-suite shower rooms with electric toilets and the fourth cabin has twin bunk beds with a combined en-suite shower room with electric toilet. The skipper and chef have separate quarters onboard.
The galley kitchen (a place you need never visit) is as fully equipped as a luxury villa with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and there is even a washing machine tucked away. More importantly there are 3 fridges (main one, drinks cabinet inside and an on deck drinks cooler. The main saloon has a 32 inch TV with DVD player and there is a Bluetooth music system including deck speakers. 3G based wifi if you need to access email whilst onboard (5GB per week included) and USB plugs for device charging and 220v (European plugs) for charging devices.
Hairdryers are provided and can be used when the yacht's generator is running. There is light housekeeping service (tidying up & making beds) daily and a linen change mid-way through each week. Shower and sunbathing towels and bathrobes are provided, all Egyptian cotton, and the bathrooms are equipped with shower gel, hand wash and hand lotion.
Most meals are taken on deck and there is plenty of room around the cockpit table and there’s a spacious, light filled dining area inside. There is plenty of space for sunbathing with sunbeds on the flybridge and a further sundeck up front together with trampolines (when stationary). There is also a hammock for the foredeck when moored. The yacht is easily boarded via a hydraulic passerelle (gangway).
The yacht has a speedboat capable of 30 knots and included are waterski-ing, wakeboarding and ‘ringo’ riding plus two stand up paddleboards (SUP’s) that convert into windsurfers. The tender boat is ideal for the crew to ferry guests in style and comfort to the tavernas and villages dotted around the Ionian. The yacht also has fishing gear onboard.
Stunning, fresh, mouthwatering food is prepared daily by the chef. Breakfast, a light lunch, all soft drinks, tea/coffee, water and snacks are all included. The only extras are evening meals (you can choose to eat onboard or at a restaurant or taverna ashore) alcoholic drinks.
