This is an example one week South Ionian flotilla sailing itinerary. Sail around the Ionian islands starting at the Island Sailing Lefkas marina base and visit islands including Kastos, Ithaca and Meganissi whilst dropping anchor for lunch or a swim in one of the beautiful Ionian bays including Port Atheni and Sivota.
