A taste of a yacht charter holiday in Greece: Upcoming gallery show ‘The Ionian Sea’

'The Ionian Sea' exhibition includes some great images of places you can visit whilst on yacht charter in Greece including beautiful Greek Ionian island harbours and anchorages, paintings of sailing yachts, fishing boats, snorkeling, the olive clad coastline of the Ionian region of Greece and the shining Ionian sea.
The show entitled ‘The Ionian Sea’ showcases the artist Alan Kingsbury’s most recent paintings, inspired by his journeys on the west coast of Greece. The paintings capture many of the beautiful destinations you can visit in the Ionian whilst on a yacht charter and reflects the ambience and tranquility of the north Ionian as well as depicting the Greek way of life you will encounter on your Ionian island sailing holiday.
The exhibition will run from the 9th until the 30th of September at Panter and Hall Gallery, 27 Bury Street, London, SW1Y 6AL and features 55 paintings of the Ionian sea including the Ionian islands of Corfu and the harbours and anchorages along the west coast of Greece. These paintings include ‘Kouloura, Windy Afternoon’ as shown above.
