Tuna steak braised and tossed with sesame seeds and served with pasta cooked with soy sauce and fresh lemon juice.

Coastal risotto (arborio rice cooked in sea stock with limpets whelks, cherry tomatoes, garlic and rock samphire)

Brodetto – fish stew from cuttlefish, squid, octopus and mussels served with lentil and barley cooked in tomato stock.
