Bookings are not confirmed until we have received your Booking Form and are satisfied with the information you have supplied, you have signed the Booking Statement which includes the Terms and Conditions and we have received your cleared payment due.

Please list any marine insurance claims the skipper has had in the last 5 years.
 

An ICC, IPC or equivalent are the skipper’s licences most widely accepted by many port authorities. Holders of RYA Day Skipper Practical and higher and ASA Bareboat and higher etc. are often automatically eligible to obtain an ICC or IPC. Check with the issuing Sailing Organisation.

UPLOAD LICENCE(S)

N.B. You must bring your orginial required sailing qualifications/certificates and licences with you to the charter destination.

SIGN & SUBMIT

An electronic signature (as defined in the Electronic Communications Act 2000) shall have the same legal effect, validity and enforceability as if signed by hand written signature to the extent and as provided for in any applicable law (including the Electronic Communications Act 2000).

Adequate and valid travel insurance for all members of your party is compulsory for all bookings and it is a condition of us accepting your booking that you agree you will have obtained adequate and valid travel insurance. Your cover should include adequate cancellation insurance to the value of your charter and cover for the activities you will be undertaking.

We highly recommend that you consult the relevant government travel advice and use this as a reliable source of information prior to booking your yacht charter as well as making regular checks before you travel.
